Community Update: Good Vibes? Not That Night
Two nights ago, our Discord server went through one of the strangest, most chaotic evenings we’ve ever experienced. What started as a normal, quiet night turned into a full blown rollercoaster of arguments, warnings, drama, and even a hacking scare. Here’s a full recap so everyone understands what happened.
It Started With a Random Rant
The evening was calm until one member suddenly launched into an unexpected and off‑topic discussion about religion. It escalated quickly, and the tone shifted from confusing to genuinely frustrating. After several attempts to calm things down, I had to step in and tell everyone to stop, firmly.
A Line Was Crossed
Despite being given a clear warning, the same member continued pushing boundaries and eventually directed an offensive insult at another teammate. That was it, immediate removal. No hesitation.
Nobody insults my teammates, my friends, or anyone in this community.
Then Came the Accusations
After being removed, things somehow got even stranger. Suddenly I was being painted as the “bad guy” and someone who “only listens to what he wants to hear” and “doesn’t care.” Meanwhile, I was sitting there with my heart pounding, trying to keep the server safe and calm while dealing with a mess that came out of nowhere.
A Few Members Left
One random member left shortly after, then another left as well, which honestly wasn’t surprising given the atmosphere. It was a rough moment, but not the end of the world.
And Then… the Hack Attempt
Just when things seemed like they couldn’t get any worse, they did. One of our members, Mordain, got hacked. Suddenly messages were being sent across multiple channels and direct messages trying to bait people into clicking links or interacting with fake giveaways.
I almost fell for it myself. It looked believable. But thankfully, we caught it in time and avoided a disaster.

Even though the night was chaotic, stressful, and honestly exhausting, I wasn’t alone. A huge thank you to:

Final Thoughts
It was a wild night, one of the wildest we’ve ever had but we got through it together. We protected the community, handled the drama, avoided a hack, and came out stronger.
